For 30 years a senior trial attorney for the IRS, Anne Durning is one of the most experienced Tax Court litigators in the United States. During her time with the IRS Chief Counsel’s office, Ms. Durning gained extensive experience in a wide variety of domestic and international tax matters, including captive insurance, welfare benefit plans and foreign account disclosure issues. The firm is pleased she joined the firm in 2014 as Counsel.
